Isynet was founded in 2009 as a part of TPR-Group; a pharmaceutical consultancy company in Copenhagen. The mission was to deliver support to users, specialized IT systems to support the consultancy business and provide infrastructure to companies within the pharmaceutical and life-science industries.
The Isynet philosophy is built on the belief that every person in the team is a key player and that the good solutions can come from anyone. Thus team discussions and consensus decisions are preferred as opposed to top down management.
